Mrs Marie Knight

Play Leader

I have worked in OOSC since September 2003 as a Play Assistant and took on the role of Play Leader in September 2021. I enjoy working with the children, taking on their ideas to ensure our planning meets their needs and interests. Every day is a different adventure!

Mrs Mary Elmer

Play Assistant

I started as a Play Assistant in OOSC in April 2000 after doing bank staff work at the setting. I enjoy baking with the children and am always thinking of new and exciting bakes we can make, accommodating for allergies and intolerances. During holiday club we do a Bake-Off day where I take on the role of Mary Berry judging the creations!

Mrs Natalie Finn-Powers

Play Leader (Deputy)

I started in May 2018 as a bank staff position before taking on the Play Assistant Position increasing to three days a week by September 2021 and becoming Play Leader (Deputy). I have worked in the on-site Pre-school since September 2013 and have had good working relationships with the OOSC before taking on the role. Having a background in Early Years and SEND, I try to make all activities inclusive for all children. It is also lovely to see the pre-schoolers we have taught grown up in Y6!

Mrs Kayleigh Niven

Play Assistant

I work in holiday club at St Joseph's OOSC as well as being on the bank staff for the wrap around facilities.

Miss Hope Elliott

I work in holiday club at St Joseph's OOSC. I worked and volunteered in Early Years at St Joseph's Pre-school before leaving in July 2021 to pursue my studies to become a social worker.

Miss Elise Knight
