Holiday Club terms and conditions

All the standard St Joseph's Nympsfield Out of School Club (OOSC) terms and conditions will apply to the OOSC's Holiday Club, with the following additions/amendments:  
 

1. The Holiday Club will be opened to St Joseph's Catholic Primary School and St Joseph's Pre-school* parents/carers prior to being extended out to the wider local community.  Once the Holiday Club has been opened to a wider audience, places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

2. Bookings for children of St Joseph's Catholic Primary School and St Joseph's Pre-school* will only be accepted if their account is up to date and there are no outstanding payments due. 

*NB: out of nappies and due to start primary school in September 2024

3. The Holiday club will run on the advertised dates from 8.30am to 5.00pm. A late pick up charge of £10 will be added to your account, should any child be collected after 5.00pm

4. The cost of the Holiday Club sessions are as advertised.

5. All children are to bring morning and afternoon snacks, a packed lunch and a drinks bottle - see "What to bring" section for more information. 

6. Your booking is not secured until full payment has been received. All bookings are non-refundable.
 
All staff who work for St Joseph's Nympsfield Out of School Club's Holiday Club have enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificates and the Club's safer recruitment policy has been followed during the employment process.
